About the challenge

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science proudly presents an electrifying 24-hour Hackathon, bringing together the brightest minds to innovate, collaborate, and build transformative solutions.
This high-energy coding sprint challenges participants to ideate, design, and develop cutting-edge projects in the fields of AI, machine learning, data science, and emerging technologies

1. Team Formation

  • Each team must consist of 3 to 5 members.

  • All team members must be from the same college or institution.

  • Each participant can be part of only one team, and each team may submit only one project.

2. Registration & Verification

  • Registration fee: ₹1000 per team.

  • On-spot registration will also be available.

  • Teams must present a valid student ID card for verification at the venue.

  • Teams must complete payment verification by presenting a screenshot of the transaction during check-in.

  • Access to the event will be granted only after verification.

Requirements

What to Build

  • All projects must be developed exclusively during the hackathon.

  • Pre-built projects will not be accepted.

  • The official problem statement will be released at 10:00 AM (Day 1).

What to Submit

  • Review I – Idea Presentation: 12:00 PM (Day 1) – No elimination.

  • Review II – Prototype Presentation: 5:00 PM (Day 1) – Top 20 teams shortlisted.

  • Review III – Final Presentation: 10:00 AM (Day 2) – Winners announced.

  • Top 20 teams will proceed to the final round.

  • Teams must be present at the venue during all reviews.

  • The judges’ decisions will be final and binding.

Judging Criteria

  • “Evaluation”
    Projects will be judged on creativity, real-world impact, technical use of AI/ML, teamwork, and future scope. Judges will check how innovative the idea is, how well it solves problems, clarity of presentation, and its practicality beyond the hackathon.
